The episode begins with Vikrant receiving a call from an unknown number. Ankit deceives him by pretending to be a police officer calling from the police station. He claims that Dhairya tried to escape from police custody and was killed in an encounter. Ankit further tells Vikrant that the police are contacting Dhairya’s younger brother to perform the final rites. He asks Vikrant to meet him near Factory Road.
Vikrant wants to share the shocking news with Mannat, but he notices that she is busy cheering up Dua. Meanwhile, Mallika invites Dua to participate in a laddu-eating competition against Bunty and Yuvi. She suggests that Roni should act as the judge.
However, Dua refuses to participate. She explains to Mannat that she used to compete in such activities with Dhairya, and she no longer feels like doing so.
Seeing Dua’s emotional state, Vikrant decides not to tell her about Dhairya’s supposed death immediately, as he does not want to spoil her mood. Instead, he sends a message to Mannat about the situation.

Meanwhile, Ankit closely monitors Vikrant’s movements. He believes that once Vikrant crosses Factory Road, CCTV footage will capture his car. Ankit intends to use this footage to make it appear that Vikrant went out to kill Manyata. He is confident that the footage will become crucial evidence in his plan to frame Vikrant for Manyata’s murder.
At the same time, Mannat tries to help Dua move on from her painful past. She explains the deeper meaning of Ganesh Visarjan, reminding Dua that nothing in life lasts forever, whether happiness or sadness. Every ending creates the possibility of a new beginning, and life always offers hope.
Mannat shares her own experience with Dua, explaining that she felt similarly devastated when she discovered the truth about Aishwarya Rai Singh. At first, she did not know how to cope with the revelation. Eventually, however, she realised that she should not waste her life worrying about a woman who wanted to destroy her happiness.
Mannat encourages Dua to adopt the same approach and stop wasting her time thinking about people like Dhairya. She wants Dua to focus on the people who genuinely care about her and find happiness again.
To cheer Dua up, Mannat announces that she knows exactly what will make her smile. She offers Dua ice cream, leaving Bunty and Yuvi excited as well.
Meanwhile, Vikrant reaches the area near Factory Road. Remembering how Dhairya had tricked him into coming out previously, he begins to suspect that something may be wrong. He immediately calls the inspector to confirm whether Dhairya is actually dead.
The inspector informs Vikrant that Dhairya is still inside the jail. Vikrant instantly realises that someone has deliberately deceived him. He checks his phone and discovers that the message he sent to Mannat was never delivered.
Worried about his family’s safety, Vikrant calls Mannat to make sure everyone is safe at home. He warns her that Ankit is roaming around outside and tells her that they must remain cautious.
Meanwhile, Ankit continues executing his plan to frame Vikrant. He plants Vikrant’s fingerprints on the knife and places it beside Manyata’s dead body. He also leaves Vikrant’s fingerprints on the door and the table to strengthen the false evidence against him.
Determined to make the crime appear convincing, Ankit wears Vikrant’s shoes and creates fake footprints. He believes that these carefully arranged clues will make it extremely difficult for Vikrant to escape the murder accusation.
Ankit then waits for Vibha to return home. He is certain that she will discover Manyata’s body and immediately call the police, setting his plan in motion.
Later, Mannat puts Vikrant’s clothes away in the cupboard but fails to notice a blood-stained outfit. Meanwhile, Vikrant remains hesitant to tell Mannat about the suspicious phone call and the trap someone may be preparing for him.
Mannat then suggests that Vikrant take Dua to the Gurudwara so she can refresh her mind and feel better. Before the couple can continue their conversation, Yuvi and Bunty arrive and interrupt their moment.
They send Mannat away to meet Dua while Vikrant stays behind to tell them a story.
Soon, Dua reveals an exciting plan to Mannat. She tells her that tomorrow is their father’s birthday and that they have already planned a surprise for him. They have decorated the house and now need Mannat’s help to bake a cake.
Mannat happily agrees to help, unaware of the dangerous developments taking place elsewhere.
Meanwhile, the servant discovers Manyata’s dead body and immediately informs the police. As the investigation begins, Vikrant is named as the prime suspect in the murder.
With Ankit planting false evidence and arranging the circumstances to implicate Vikrant, the situation becomes increasingly dangerous. Vikrant must now find a way to expose the conspiracy before the evidence against him destroys his life and threatens his family’s happiness.
